Poor Service Quality: NCC Gives Telecoms Operators Dec 31 Deadline

The telecoms industry regulator, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has given telecoms operators December 31 deadline to raise the standards of their service quality to prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) levels or face sanctions.
